Intuitive Energy Work

Energy work creates a conduit for grace, and a space for deep relaxation where healing can occur. Though people often experience insights, visions, and somatic or emotional release, our work here is to soften and open to the wellness at our core: a state of union with self and universe. With deep respect to the lineages in which I have been trained, what flows authentically though me is organic and intuitively dynamic.

Breathwork

Breathwork is a simple yet transformative practice that can offer a "reboot" for our nervous system. It can aid in lowering stress hormone levels, boosting the immune system, toning the vagus nerve and releasing tension in the body and mind. It is a powerful tool for learning to move through anxiety and panic attacks. It can help us sleep better at night and have more energy during the day. Perhaps most importantly, it can help to quiet the mind and create space for us to reconnect with that from which we come, and that to which we return.

Yoga

Beyond the known benefits of improved flexibility, strength, circulation, respiration, digestion and increased vitality, yoga literally means "to yoke" or to bring together. Pranayama (breathwork), asana (postures) and meditation are powerful tools to bring us into richness of union with one another, with our source, and within our selves. Yoga offers an opportunity to discover and grow our rootedness and balance as we ride the waves of life.

Sound Therapy

Sound therapy marries ancient wisdom and modern science. I offer this modality through the lens of the 7 Chakras, or energy centers, and primarily use 432 hz quartz singing bowls and tuning forks that can be played on or off the body. Bringing awareness, intention and resonant frequencies to these different aspects of our being can offer deep personal insight and be a catalyst for energetic shifts towards balance and harmony.

Nurture

One of the simplest yet profound offerings we can gift another is a space to be held in love and non-judgement. Sometimes we just need to be heard and held, and other times, we’re holding on to something that’s ready to release or transform. Wild Plum is a safe space to "let it all out". Sometimes that's enough, and other times it readies us to set clear intentions and make a plan to move forward.

Yoga Nidra and Meditation

Yoga Nidra is an invitation to the state of consciousness between waking and sleep. Deeply relaxing, it can provide an opening for healing, journeying, and manifestation.

Meditation: We can employ helpful tools to enter into this practice! Mudra, mantra, mala, and music all provide a helpful platform from which to begin the journey home.

Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching

Integrative nutrition health coaching works with two major frameworks of nourishment: "primary food" and "secondary food". Primary food includes our relationships, occupation, hobbies, spirituality, the physical spaces in which we spend time, and what we consume in the form of media, music, etc. Secondary food includes what we consider more traditional nutrition, in the form of the food and beverages that pass our lips. Both can have a profound impact upon our health. We work to meet your goals through both lenses of that all encompassing word, "nourishment".
