Wherever you enter, you are welcome.
We do not treat symptoms in isolation. We tend to the entire ecosystem of you — body, mind, energy, story, and breath. Every session is a collaboration. Every path is uniquely yours.
Sessions are 75–90 minutes · $75. I believe this work should be available to anyone who feels called to it. If cost is a concern, simply say so when you reach out.
Every living system operates within a field of energy. This is not mysticism — it is the conclusion of decades of research in biophysics and the emerging science of the human biofield. What ancient traditions have known for thousands of years, science is now beginning to document.
Sarah works intuitively, following the body's own intelligence rather than a fixed protocol. Sessions may involve light touch, hovering hands, or simply a quality of presence and intention.
Energy speaks what words sometimes cannot reach. This is where we begin.
Sound is among the oldest healing technologies on earth. Long before we had language for it, humans understood that certain tones, rhythms, and frequencies did something to the interior landscape — something that breath, words, and stillness alone could not always reach.
Sarah works with singing bowls, tuning forks, and music to create an immersive environment in which the body can genuinely let go. Because sound moves through tissue — literally passes through the body — it can reach places that talk-based approaches sometimes cannot.
Clients frequently describe sessions as the deepest rest they have ever had, or report that something they had been carrying for years had simply — quietly — lifted.
This is not therapy — but it is deeply therapeutic. There is something profoundly healing about being in the presence of someone who is truly listening. Not waiting to respond, not quietly forming an opinion, not measuring you against a framework. Simply receiving you, fully, as you are.
In this space you are invited to speak what has been unspoken. To be seen without judgment and validated without agenda. To gain perspective on what you have lived — to understand not just what happened, but what you came to believe it meant about you. And to notice, perhaps for the first time, that the story you have been carrying about yourself is not the only story available. It is one interpretation. And interpretations can change.
Many clients find that simply feeling heard — truly, completely heard — is itself a kind of homecoming they didn't know they were looking for.
We live in a culture that has confused exhaustion with virtue. Many of the people who come to Wild Plum have been running — from pain, from pressure, from themselves — for so long that they have forgotten what it feels like to stop. Their nervous systems are locked in a state of vigilance that no amount of willpower can override.
This offering is a space of profound permission. Permission to do nothing. Permission to be held. Permission to let the body exhale all the way to the bottom. Through yoga nidra, guided rest, and environments carefully designed to signal safety to the nervous system, we create the conditions in which genuine restoration becomes possible.
This is not luxury. This is where healing begins — in the quiet below the noise, where the body remembers that it is designed to heal.
To breathe is to connect with spirit itself. You are breathing life in and releasing it back out with every single breath — a continuous, rhythmic reminder that you are held by something larger than your thoughts, your worries, your story about who you are.
Each breath is an opportunity to remember that from which you come and that to which you return. Breathwork invites you to drop below the surface of ordinary awareness — into the body, into presence, into a direct experience of your own aliveness. Here, the mind softens. The nervous system resets. And something ancient and knowing rises up to meet you.
Here, you discover what you have always known: you are your own inner guru, healer, and light.
A free 30-minute discovery call is the gentlest place to begin. No commitment, no pressure — just space to explore what might be possible. Sarah will meet you wherever you are.
